Astma

I heard a terrible thing today that kind of got me thinking...

One of my friend´s closest friends has at the age of 30 been diagnosed with astma... because of her smoking!! Makes you think...

I know lots of friends who smoke... and will have to admit that I myself have been known to party-smoke...

It scares me, and with my throat/voice being as it as right now, I'm angry at myself for ever smoking this summer. :-( REALLY STUPID.
